CAMP LOCATION: Beyer Hall on the ISU Campus

REFUND POLICY:
If you need to cancel for any reason including injuries and illness:
100% refund (less $25) with written notification before April 12, 2019.
75% refund (less $25) with written notification April 19, 2019.
50% refund (less $25) with written notification April 26, 2019 .
NO REFUNDS after April 26, 2019  except in the case of serious injury or illness.
In this case, documentation of illness or injury will be required before a refund will be processed.
Once documentation is received, a full refund will be granted less the $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations for any other reason are NON-REFUNDABLE.

This camp is open to any and all entrants.
The NCAA prohibits an ISU booster (other than a parent/guardian or close family member) from paying a portion of a camper’s camp fees.
Cyclone Gymnastics Camps are not an Iowa State University Camp but is operated independently.
Permission to use ISU Trademarks is granted under agreement by Iowa State University.
