Fall Summit
October 26th - 27th |  Girls Ages 10 - 18

Our 2019 Fall Summit, recommended for L9 – Elite gymnasts but open to athletes & coaches of all levels, will be held on October 26 & 27th, with the 27th being a short, optional day for attending campers and coaches. The primary purpose for this year’s Summit is for club and NCAA professionals to share knowledge of the sport with one another. Athletes will train in The McWhorter Center while learning from attending clinicians and coaches. Clinics and seminars for coaches and athletes, ranging from event-specific learning, sports psychology & nutrition, will be featured throughout the day. The McWhorter Center, located at 703 W. Samford Avenue in Auburn, AL, houses 15,000 square foot of training space and is the training home of the Auburn Gymnastics program.

Check-In
Check-in for coaches & athletes will be at The McWhorter Center at 8:30am. The McWhorter Center is located at 703 W. Samford Avenue in Auburn, AL.

 

SUMMIT SCHEDULE (SUBJECT TO CHANGE - ALL TIMES CENTRAL)
 
Day 1
  8:30am - 9:00am: Check-In
  9:00am - 12:45pm: Training & Event Clinics
  12:45pm - 2:00pm: Lunch & Nutrition Seminar
  2:15pm - 4:45pm: Training, Event Clinics & Tours
  4:45pm - 5:00pm: End of Day 1 & Goodbyes
 
Day 2 - Optional with no addtional cost
  9:00am - 10:00am: Conditioning Seminar for Athletes
  10:00am - 10:30am: Floor Clinic
  10:30am - 11:00am: Bars Clinic / End of Summit
 

Camp Waiver Information
Athletes are required to complete the Physician’s Clearance Form (link immediately below) and provide proof of insurance with front and back copies or pictures of their insurance card. Close, clear pictures of these documents should be emailed to AUgymcamp@auburn.edu. Both proof of health insurance and the completed physician’s clearance form are REQUIRED for ATHLETE participation. If you have attended one of our camps in the previous 6 months, you can use those documents in lieu of resending them again. Just let us know via email. Coaches do not need to complete this form or provide insurance information.

Meals
Lunch will be provided for coaches & athletes at Auburn University’s Wellness Kitchen; however, if you have a special diet due to MEDICAL reasons (allergies, Celiac disease, etc.), you should bring your own food. Refrigerators are available on site to store any of these particular food items should it be necessary.

Merchandise

Athletes will receive a leotard with their registration. Coaches will receive a t-shirt with their registration. Other apparel will also be available for purchase. CASH ONLY, please.

Airport Information
Atlanta’s airport (ATL) is approximately 90 minutes from Auburn University, while Birmingham (BHM) is about 2 hours. Columbus (CSG), GA, and Montgomery (MGM), AL, both have regional airports that are about 45 minutes from campus.

Refund Policy
You will receive a full refund minus $25.
