CAMP SCHEDULE

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM → Check In & Warm Up

1:30 PM - 2:10 PM → Rotation I

2:10 PM - 2:50 PM → Rotation II

2:50 PM - 3:30 PM → Rotation III

3:30 PM - 4:10 PM → Rotation IV

4:10 PM - 4:50 PM → Open Gym

4:50 PM - 5:00 PM → Cool Down & Check Out
