Our camp will consist of two half-day sessions on Michigan’s athletic campus. Day 1 will take place in the Donald R. Shepherd Training Center and will focus on perfecting technique and refining high-level skills.

Day 2 will be dedicated to educational sessions on strength & conditioning, nutrition, leadership, mental health, and academic preparation. These sessions will be held in facilities including the South Performance Center, Crisler Center, and the Stephen Ross Academic Center.

Physicals are not mandatory for participation in camp. You may submit your physical for review by our training staff, but it is not required for participation.
