Branham is excited to host our first workout challenge! People of all fitness levels are invited and welcome to participate in this community event. Categories will include beginner body weight exercise challenge, barbell/dumbbell weighted lifts, cardio segments, a competitive division and a free kids fun run. Registrants will receive a tshirt, BBQ lunch and will participate in the category of their choice. No registration is needed for the kids fun run. Kids 13 and under who would like to participate in the fun run should be report to the Branham track by 9:30am. We're excited to have you join us this for this event!
