Vandal Men's Basketball Camps

2018 Elite Camp

The men’s basketball coaching staff at the University of Idaho would like to invite high school boys basketball players interested in competing against the top talent throughout the West Coast to our Elite Camp. The Elite camp is tailored to those wanting to challenge themselves against high level competition in intense drills designed specifically for advanced high school players. Each player will have the opportunity to showcase their talents and skill set while being coached by the University of Idaho men’s basketball coaching staff in college-level workouts, offensive and defensive sessions, and multiple games.
June 25th - 26th
Grades: 9th - 12th
Commuter Camper: $90
Overnight Camper: $120

Check in/out:

  • Monday, June 25th: Check-in from 12:30 PM in Tower residence hall
  • Tuesday, June 26th: Check-out from 12:00 PM in Tower residence hall

Camp Will Provide:

  • Advanced skill instruction with personal feedback
  • Position breakdown and development
  • On-court instruction by the Head Coach Don Verlin, the University of Idaho men’s basketball coaching staff and current players
  • Multiple 5 on 5 games giving campers the opportunity to play against high level West Coast high school competition
  • University of Idaho men’s basketball Nike dri-FIT shirt for each camper
  • Airport pick-up and drop-off available at both Pullman/Moscow (PUW) and Lewiston (LWS) airports. Contact Brooks Malm to arrange
  • Certified athletic trainer on site throughout the camp
  • Camp will take place in the War Memorial Gym and Vandal practice facilities

Camp Details:

  • Overnight camper includes dinner 6/25 and breakfast 6/26 lodging in Tower residence hall
  • Commuter camper includes dinner 6/25 and breakfast 6/26
  • Free parking provided in specified parking lots
  • Dinner on Monday, June 25th and breakfast on Tuesday, June 26th will be provided. Camper is responsible for their own lunches prior to camp on Monday, June 25th and following camp on Tuesday, June 26th
  • Participants will receive an e-mail packet detailing all specific times, locations, items to bring, etc.


  • Dinner for ALL CAMPERS on Monday, June 25th
  • Breakfast for OVERNIGHT CAMPERS on Tuesday, June 26th
