Time to Tumble
Jessica Murray is a Certified Acrobatics Teacher and has been teaching dance and tumbling for the past 13 years. She believes in safety first but wants her students to have
a good time while they are learning. Time to Tumble is a great opportunity for boys and girls, ages 4 and up, to try out tumbling. (Parents are permitted to watch only the 1st class and then students must be okay to be left without an adult. Students must not be distracted while learning.)
INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING
This class will be for students that have experience in tumbling, acro or gymnastics. Students should know and be able to complete skills such as: bridging, headstand & handstands (Students should also be close to or already have their standing back bend). Class will begin with: stretching, splits & additional flexibility. We will move onto tricks such as front limbers, back bend kick overs, cartwheels, roundoffs. advancing towards additional skills: walkovers, front handsprings and more.
