On behalf of the Broncos, I encourage you to be a participant in the 2018 WMU Hockey Friends and Alumni Weekend.

This is a special weekend for Bronco Hockey. It is our opportunity to say thank you to Alumni and Friends, like you, who have contributed so much to our program. Also, the weekend provides the opportunity to recognize former players and friends for their outstanding contributions by inducting them into the WMU Hockey RING OF HONOR. The 2018 inductees are Steve Abbott, 1979-83 and Danny DeKeyser, 2010-13.

The success of the “Weekend“ is also critical to Bronco Hockey’s continued growth and recognition as an NCAA Division I hockey power. As we continue toward our goal of bringing the NCAA National Championship to WMU and the greater Kalamazoo community, you can help us spread the word that WMU and Bronco Hockey is the place to be as we work to recruit the best and the brightest.

We are expecting 200 or more alumni, including past and present professional players, and friends of Bronco Hockey to enjoy the weekend activities described. We will do our very best to make this an exciting and memorable weekend for all.
