SOSA Crew

Membership is limited to the first 100 High School Juniors & Senriors who sign up! 

You will be notified via email in the coming weeks if you are one of the first 100 to apply.  

On game day, the 100 participants will take part in a complete SOSA game day experience!

This includes: transportation to the Alamodome, observe the game day rehearsal, backstage access, all meals,  Pre-Game festivities from field level, VIP halftime treatment, performing with the band in the stands (if they choose to bring an instrument) and the thrill of UTSA Football in the comforts of the Alamodome! 

Participants also get to meet and work with current SOSA Student and Professional Staff, and receive a SOSA Crew T-Shirt to help commemorate the day.  Participants will receive the shirt upon check-in and they will need to wear this shirt for the day in order to receive access to the Alamodome.

Students who apply MUST be high school seniors or juniors and must be currently involved in their high school band program. Students will be asked to submit their director contact information for verification. Once accepted the student will be given further information regarding the itinerary for the day as well as any appropriate forms that need to be filled out.

Parents and or any other family members are encouraged to attend the game, but will need to purchase tickets in their own and provide their own transportation to the Alamodome on the day of the game.  Only the participating students will be granted travel and access with the UTSA Spirit of San Antonio.

Participants are invited to bring their instruments if they wish to play with their respective sections in the stands during the game. Your assigned SOSA section leaders will provide you with any music you will need during the game.

Percussionists should just bring sticks.
