Little Ninjas | Session II

You won’t want to miss this fun way to introduce your child, ages 4-7, to the lifelong activity of Taekwondo. Each class will include a warm-up, cardio exercises, stretching and the practicing of basic techniques like blocking, punching and kicking. Children will learn self-confidence, respect and self-discipline throughout the class. Participants must register in advance due to limited spots.
