Time to Tumble: Advanced Weekly Tumbling
Jessica Murray is a Certified Acrobatics Teacher and has been teaching dance and tumbling for the past 14 years. She believes in safety first but wants her students to have a good time while they are learning. Acro/Dance Tumbling is different from other programs as it is designed to teach students how to safely perform skills and tricks eventually without the use of any mats or training aids. Time to Tumble is a great opportunity for boys and girls, ages 4+, to try out tumbling. Students should wear tight fitting clothing. (Parents are permitted to watch only the 1st class and then students must be okay to be left without an adult.)
Advanced Weekly Tumbling
This class is only for experienced students that are ready for skills such as walk overs, side aerials, back handsprings and more advanced flexibility, balance and strength skills. Students that are ready will progress onto personal skills they are trying to achieve.
