Get Nordic Walking Wyoming

Get more from your usual walk with Nordic Walking! Nordic Walking uses poles specific for the activity (they are different from hiking or trekking poles) that improves your heart health, whole body strength, posture, and balance. Nordic Walking develops upper and lower body strength and burns 40% more calories than regular walking. In fact, a 15-minute Nordic Walk produces the same benefits as walking for 27 minutes! Get fit in half the time! Join Penny Fahey, certified instructor with the American Nordic Walking Association, as she teaches techniques for Nordic Walking that will give you a great work-out outdoors, and it’s great for rehab too! There will be an introductory class offered Thursdays in June, and poles will be provided.

Those interested in taking Nordic Walking with them on their own journeys, will be able to purchase a Starter Set at a great discount! Learn more about Nordic Walking at www. healthypennyswellness.com, click on the Nordic Walking Wyoming tab.
