Unique Holiday Baking
Instructor Pam Rivers will help participants prepare the following items which they can take home and share with their family and friends during the holidays.
November 10 - Lemon Curd and techniques for canning Lemon Curd
November 17 - Cream Puffs/Pâte á Choux with a pastry cream
November 24 - Fruit Pie and Pumpkin Pie
December 1 - Crème Brulee
December 8 - Holiday Cheesecake
