Junior Railers Stick N Puck

The Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center is pleased to offer 1-hour SUPERVISED youth hockey Stick N Puck Sessions.

A member of our Worcester Ice Center team will be on the ice with 9 players who register individually for the sessions. 

Each player must come dressed with full equipment but with their skates in hand. 

All must have a facemask on their helmets

A parent or guardian must register their skater and agree to the facility procedures for the new Stick N Puck guidelines.

Pucks are not provided.  You must bring 1 puck and use it yourself the entire ice session.

You much socially distance from each other on the ice, our staff will assist and ask players to leave if they do not comply with the rules.

There is no game play, scrimmage, contact, or checking allowed what so ever!  You will be asked to leave by our skating supervisor and unable to return or receive a refund.

Non-refundable – Due to the restricted participant guidelines, all sessions are non-refundable.

Phase II Protocol for all our customers, user groups and partners:

  • Only skaters under the age of 18 will be allowed.
  • Supervised group size is limited to a total of 10 participants including coaches. We will be able to accommodate three groups at one time as long as each group stays 20’ apart. (The total cap is 30, including 3 coaches)
  • No contact drills and practices.
  • No inter-team games, tournaments or scrimmages.
  • To accommodate our capacity limitations, everyone will be required to check-in at the information desk.
  • Utilize dedicated Entry and Exit lanes – please follow all signs.
  • Registration and payments will be online only.
  • All hockey players and skaters must come to the rink fully dressed in appropriate skating attire.
  • All hockey players and skaters show up to the rink no more than 10 minutes prior to their ice time.
  • All hockey players and skaters must leave the facility no later than 10 minutes after their ice time.
  • Arrival times will be staggered.
  • All locker rooms and showers are closed.
  • Water fountains are closed.
  • Please respect and practice social distancing. This will be required both on and off the ice.
  • Hand Sanitizer stations are available.
  • We “Highly” discourage spectators, however, one spectator (parent or guardian) will be allowed per skater. (no exceptions) – Bleachers will be closed to all.
  • Protective masks will be required by all coaches, spectators and players (when not participating in drills).
  • No handshaking, hugs or high fives.
  • All coaches are responsible to check on the health of their players and to enforce social distancing.
  • If any player, coach or family member show any signs of illness, they will be required to leave the facility immediately.
  • All skaters will be required to use their own water bottle – no sharing. (fill them up at home)

Protocol for all our employees:

  • The facility will be cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the CDC guidelines.
  • All high touch areas, bathrooms will be disinfected on a regular basis.
  • All common areas in the rinks/turf will be disinfected after each use.
  • We will continuously fill hand sanitizing stations and hand soap.
  • All our employees will be required to wear masks and gloves.
  • We will respect and practice social distancing.
