2019 PRE SEASON PITCHING CAMP

We will host our first pitching camp in January. This camp is for grades 7-12. This camp will be designed to help pitchers get ready for the upcoming season. We will show pitchers a preseason plan. We will also video each pitcher to help show him the proper mechanics to help keep a healthy arm. The most up to date weights and conditioning programs will be introduced as well.
