2018 PITCHING ACADEMY

October 14th & 21st

Ages: 9 - 16
Registration: 1:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Camp: 2:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Cost: $25.00 per session or $40 if you pre-register for both
Limited to first 15 participants

CAMP
Camp will be held at the Northeast Baseball/Softball Indoor Facility (102 Bill Ward Drive). Ages break down: 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Each camper will be expected to comply with rules for the camp and must follow instructions given by the camp director and instructors. Any violation or abuse of camp rules will result in immediate dismissal from the camp without any refund.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

A camper who has specific medical instructions must provide a note from parent or guardian; this should be sent in with the application form.
*The deposit cannot be refunded without written documentation from a physician.
*We cannot guarantee walk-ups will be taken.
