DMACC Baseball Camps

2018 Fall League

The purpose of the league is to provide an opportunity to young players to help improve all aspects of their game in a competitive environment. It also provides exposure for the players to college level coaches. 

DMACC players and coaches will act as coaches, umpires and supervisors during league play.

The goal of this league is to allow the serious baseball player a chance to improve their skills in a game atmosphere.

Location: DMACC Baseball Field Boone Campus

Teams: There will be 6 Team made up of a maximum of 16 players.

Features:

• 4 week schedule with 1 week playoff
• Pre-game instruction
• College coaching
• DMACC Baseball T-shirt provided
• An opportunity to get in front of college coach’s
• Learn the recruiting experience

Playing Time:

• A pitcher will be allowed a maximum of 4 innings or 55 pitches per week, whichever comes first.
• We will be as diligent as possible to get every kid equal number of at bats and playing time in the field.
• If a player is late we will attempt to get them into the game but not at the expense of players that were on time.

Equipment: Each player will receive a game t-shirt, which will be used as their uniform each Sunday. Helmets will be provided. If player has his own, he can use that. Please bring your own bats and gloves.

Batting Cages: Cages will be available before and during games.

Game Schedules: There will be 3 games played each Sunday.

Game Length: All games will be 7 innings or 2 hours (which ever comes first).

Coaches: A current DMACC player will act as head coach.

Weather: For information regarding inclement weather, please call 515-491-9957. A voice message will be updated for that Sunday's schedule.

Refund Policy: We will reward a 100% refund if we are notified by August 22nd. After that we will reward no refunds, not even partial refunds.
