HEARTLAND EXPERIENCE CAMPS | 2018

Join the Heartland Hawk Coaching Staff and Players for 2-Day Deep Dive into what makes our program one of the strongest in the country with Heartland Experience Camps.  These camps spend one day on the diamond and one day in the classroom.   Day 1 is action packed with on-field work in a Prospect Camp Format:

Day 2 is spent in the class room covering our Built to Win Program, which is split into two segments.  In the morning session we go through our Mental Performance Program which includes:
•    Focus & Concentration Training
•    Time Management Skills
•    Leadership Development
•    Emotional Intelligence
•    Goal Setting Program
•    Self-Talk and Narrative Control
•    Communication & Team Development
•    Performance Under Pressure
•    Self-Evaluation Skills
•    Habit & Routine Development

After a lunch break (Provided), we cover the second part of the Built to Win Program which covers our College Recruiting Process including:
•    College Decision Making Matrix
•    Communication with Recruiters
•    Scholarship and Financial Considerations
•    Division 1 to 3, JUCO and NAIA in between (Info on All Levels of College Baseball)
•    Being Proactive in the process - What can you do to Maximize Opportunities
•    Staying Focused on Controllable Factors
•    Navigating the Showcase/Camp Circuit - How to Choose What's Right for You
•    Academic Considerations & Specific Situations
•    Process-Process-Process:  How to build, work and refine your recruiting process to get the situation you are looking for
