Fall Prospect Camp
Event Description
FALL PROSPECT CAMP
The Fall Prospect Camp is an important prospect identification tool for the Bluffton University baseball program. While serving to identify top prospects, it also allows the prospects to spend a day with our program and gain valuable exposure to our staff and players, while performing on Memorial Field, one of the best fields in the region.

Check-in begins at 10:30 AM.
LOCATION: Bluffton University Memorial Field
WHAT TO BRING: All players are encouraged to bring their own BBCOR bats, glove, catcher's equipment and any other equipment they may use. Baseball pants are required. All participants will receive a camp shirt and an evaluation written by the Bluffton University baseball coaching staff.
WHAT TO EXPECT: The Bluffton Fall Prospect Camp will include a pro-style workout: a timed running of the 60, defensive evaluation and a simulated game. Campers will also have a period of defensive instruction prior to the simulated game. The duration of the game will depend on the number of pitchers that attend the camp. Each participant will have the opportunity to be evaluated at his primary position, and secondary position by availability. Players who indicate pitching as their primary position will be guaranteed to pitch during the simulated game. Players who indicate pitching as a secondary position will be evaluated in a bullpen session (if unable to pitch during the simulated game).
