NSU Baseball Camps

2018 Monday Madness Skills Camp

Each session is capped at 25 to provide maximum reps and 1-on-1 coaching.

Location
Camp will take place on the Norfolk State Campus at Marty L Miller Field. An indoor facility on the Norfolk State campus will be used if needed.

Infield Camp
Take your game to the next level by attending Norfolk State Baseball’s intensive infield clinic.  Player participants will learn advanced fielding and throwing techniques, and participate in infield-specific strength, speed, quickness, and flexibility training. Campers will also take part in infield-specific mental-game training and advanced footwork, glove-work, and reaction training.

Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please mark camper's names on all items. The camp is not responsible for lost belongings.

Comfortable baseball attire. All players must bring both running / athletic shoes and cleats, baseball pants, and a baseball hat. Please always be prepared for cold and wet weather. Camp is Rain or Shine!
