ABOUT DUCKS CATCHING CLINIC
Oregon Baseball will host a two-day catching clinic November 10th and 11th for all players’ grades 7th-12th. This clinic is a crash course in catching fundamentals. We will go over receiving, blocking, throwing, tag plays, pop-ups, bunts, communication and game management. Oregon coaches will be there to provide high-level instruction in our Player Development Area at PK Park. We will use machines and live pitching to provide players game like conditions to help improve their skillset. We will also have players catch bullpens the second day to use the skills we have worked on. Players are responsible for providing their own catching gear that is in good condition to keep players safe.
