ABOUT DUCKS PITCHING CLINIC
Oregon Baseball will host a one day Winter Pitching Clinic for all players grades 7th-12th.Players will be given instruction from our coaches on pitching philosophy, throwing program, bullpen structure and post-throw arm care exercises. This clinic will be in conjunction with our catching clinic that will also be going on. Pitchers will go through our drills for pre-throwing and given an opportunity to throw a bullpen to the catchers in attendance. Coaches will be there to provide feedback and instruction to the pitchers during their bullpen session. After completing their bullpen session players will go throw a post-throw arm care program and given an evaluation sheet that the coaches will fill out and go over with each player. This is a great opportunity to start getting yourself ready for the upcoming season and learn about our pitching program here at the University of Oregon.
