"Energy Transfer" Professional Hitting Camp

The ELITE BASEBALL ACADEMY offers a coaching staff with a great camper-to-coach ratio.  High intensity, Energy Transfer specific hitting drills, knowledgeable instruction and a high volume of correct repetitions are the cornerstones of our camps.  Campers should wear tennis shoes, T-shirt, shorts or baseball pants and a baseball hat.

This Professional Instructional Camp will present and reinforce to the camper the “Energy Transfer” Hitting Approach. Multiple new hitting drills will work on your energy transfer, bat speed, bat path as well as helping to make your movement profile more efficient. .  Lead instructor, Darin Everson will show through video how we analyze the swing of professional hitters to help teach our “Energy Transfer” Hitting Approach.  All hitters need to bring THEIR OWN BAT!  With the high number of swings, we suggest batting gloves for our campers.  The campers will be grouped by school grade.
