Location: Diamond Dreams Sports Academy | 718 E. 2nd Ave., Coralville, IA
Camp Details:
Each Session will include:
- Speed oriented swing mechanics
- Sports specific body weight exercises
- Flexibility program for the rotational athlete
Bat speed development program is beneficial to athletes of all abilities The camp is designed to learn the proper swing mechanics, develop swing velocity & gain an understanding of the importance of speed.
