Event Description
Seton Hill Strength and Conditioning Camp
The Seton Hill University Boys Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed to teach the key components of strength and conditioning that are utilized with SHU student athletes. These components include weight room training for strength and power development as well as speed and agility. The speed and agility training ranges from basic sprinting and running techniques to lateral movement and quickness in changing direction. These skills will be taught so that campers leave with a better understanding of how these concepts are applied to their sport and how to implement these techniques into their daily training. The camp members will also be counseled on proper athletic nutrition and recovery methods.
