- Time and room shooting, & shooting on the run
- Proper dodging technique
- Defensive slide and footwork
- Goalie training - positioning, footwork
- Unsettled Situations
- Increasing lacrosse IQ!

Grades: 1st-8th
1st-4th Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
5th-6th Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
7th-8th Time: 7:30pm - 9:00pm
