Event Description

Northern Colorado Baseball School
2019-2020 Northern Colorado Baseball School Services

The goal of our Hitting skills sessions is to prepare athletes for their first game of the spring and maintain those abilities throughout the year. We begin by teaching a very strong, fundamental foundation for each athlete’s position of choice. These skills will be taught in a controlled, constraint-driven setting that teaches all the necessary skills to succeed. Once the base skill-set is established, athletes will progress to a more variable, game-like setting that requires athletes to make the same decisions to complete these tasks during competition.

Training sessions will also include game application. It is our goal to apply these important fundamental principles and teach them in a way that transfer to a game. This comes from creating an environment that is variable. This causes athletes to have to make similar decisions to game settings.
