Skills 'N Drills Camp

The 2020 Skills 'N Drills Camp is designed to offer kids ages 7-14 the opportunity to prepare for upcoming baseball tryouts and receive college-level instruction.  The two day camp will encompass all facets of the game.

Each day will begin with a pre-practice warmup routine and daily catch-play in which proper catching and throwing techniques will be emphasized.

The remainder of the day will be broken down into defensive and offensive portions. All campers will be given instruction on proper fielding technique and given the opportunity to spend time at individual positions. In the offensive portion, campers will be instructed on efficient hitting mechanics and offensive approach.

Throughout the camp, players will receive continual feedback from OWU coaches and players. They will compete in multiple games and contests in a fun and competitive environment. This camp will be a great opportunity to give your child the chance to learn and prepare for upcoming tryouts.
