These are 4-week sessions designed to take the athletes through the same drills we use with our guys on a daily basis.  We hope to reinforce what you are learning from your high school and travel ball teams and give you some new ideas and thoughts.

Hitting – Hitters will work with Coach Ramazzotti and Harvey in the batting cages and on the field.  We will cover tee work, front toss, live arm and machine.

Defense – Defensive participants have the choice of infield or catching work.

The infielders will work with Coach Ramazzotti, Triton Infield Coach.  He will cover the fundamentals of ground balls and progress into competitive and challenging drills.

Catchers will work with Triton Coach Matt Harvey.  He will cover the basics of stances, receiving, blocking and throwing.  Drills will be progressed from no-ball to short toss to machine work.  Catchers must have their own gear.
