Team Camp Session One
|Due to the uncertainty created by the COVID-19 virus we have established a way for you to reserve a spot in camp without any upfront financial commitment. Simply click the Register Now, Pay Later Wait List option. When camp is confirmed to take place, you will receive an email from us giving you the ability to pay the camp dues. If at the time you still wish to attend camp, you can pay securely online. If your circumstances change and you no longer wish to attend camp, simply let us know. You won’t owe us anything.|
2020 Team Camps
Teams will be given the option of signing up for a 1 Day Option or 2 Day Option. Teams will check-in at Halenbeck Hall one hour before their first scheduled game on Saturday and Sunday. Teams will play 3 games on each day. There will be a varsity and junior varsity division both days.

Teams will play pool play on Saturday and then be placed into a tournament bracket on Sunday. All teams will play a minimum of five games. Please insure that there is enough players on the team roster as each team may play as many as five games in one day.
Teams will check-in at Halenbeck Hall one hour before their first scheduled game on Monday. All teams will receive three games. There will be a varsity and junior varsity division.
The fee covers the cost of the entire team for one session regardless of the number of players. However, a maximum of twelve t shirts will be awarded to each team. This fee does not include meals or lodging. Lodging and meals are not available on campus. If you need phone numbers for local hotels contact the sport camp office. Certified athletic trainers will be on site for all sessions.
There will be three separate dates for the Team Camp this year, Session One: June 13-14, Session Two: July 11-12, & Session Three: July 20. There is a limit to the number of teams allowed in each camp so sign up early.
Please register as a team. Individuals registering without a team will not be accepted. A $50 service charge will be withheld on all refunds. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Upon completion of this form a waiver form will be sent out to the team contact that each players parent or guardian must sign or the player will not be eligible to participate in the Team Camp.
