2020 CNBA Youth Hitting Academy

Focus of this 4 week program is for swing development and swing changes. The student will be lead through a progression style approach to developing a solid swing working from the ground up. The four week plan of attack to achieving the best possible swing to hit the ball as hard as possible:

Tuesdays, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st

Ages Groups: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
Times: Tueday Evenings
8U: 5pm-6pm
10U: 6pm-7pm
12U: 7pm-8pm
14U: 8pm-9pm

Cost: $99 for the 4 week session

Week 2: Development of concepts to help them understand how to develop, generate and transfer bat speed in their swing.
