2020 OCTOBER ID CAMP

 

This College Identification Camp is for high school aged prospective student-athletes who are looking to play college soccer. This clinic will provide players with a greater understanding of the demands of a collegiate women’s soccer program. These sessions will on focus speed and agility training, technical development, specialized goalkeeper training as well as small sided and full sided games. Campers will have an opportunity to work with the UWL Coaching staff as well as be able to interact with current UWL Women's Soccer team members.

  GIRLS GRADES: 9th - 12th & JUCO Transfers
  TIME: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Check-in at 8:30am
  COST BY MARCH 1ST: $100, Includes Camp T-Shirt
  COST AFTER MARCH 1ST: $125, Includes Camp T-Shirt
 
Online service charges apply and are not refundable by UW-La Crosse.

*Players are on their own for lunch

9:00am - 11:00am Session I
11:00am - 12:00pm Lunch (on your own)
12:00pm - 1:00pm Optional Campus Tour
1:00pm - 2:15pm Session II (Indoors - due to Lacrosse match)
2:00pm - 3:00pm Q&A Panel (Indoors - due to Lacrosse match)
3:30pm - 5:30pm Session III
5:30pm Closing

LOCATION: UWL Veterans Memorial Field Stadium – Field Turf
WEATHER SITE: Indoor Fieldhouse & Gymnasium (Mitchell Hall)

CAMP STAFF: 

  • Head Coach Jason Murphy
  • Assistant Coaches Joe Czerniak and Jennifer Dimos
  • Current UW-L soccer players

WHAT TO BRING: Training gear, shin guards, cleats, walking shoes for tour, bag lunch, snack, and indoor playing shoes (please dress for the weather)
