Event Description
Fall League
The ACU Baseball Program is hosting the 1st Annual Junior Wildcat Fall Baseball League. The overall purpose of the league is to provide an environment for youth players to continue learning the game, growing in their own development, and play the game at a quick pace. It is our idea here at ACU to help create an opportunity where a fun environment is created around this weekly Machine Pitch Baseball League while still focusing on the development of each individual player. Games will consist of different scenarios to help young players further enhance their understanding of the game.
Prior to the game, there will be Player Development Instruction for 30 minutes. Each game will last 1 hour. Each hitter will get 4-5 at bats every week, along with time in the field playing various positions to help enhance baseball IQ through “ball playing”.
