Event Description
2019 SMALL BOAT CAMP
The Small Boat Camp at the University of Tennessee is a unique opportunity for high school rowers to improve their technique and work on racing skills in an individualized setting. While spending time both sweeping and sculling, the camp will provide each athlete plenty of individualized coaching attention and time to breakdown the various aspects of the rowing stroke. Practices during the camp will take place at the Wayne G. Basler Boathouse located just steps from campus. This camp caters to the individual athlete's ability, so all levels of experience are welcome. This three-day camp is the perfect pre-cursor to summer competition and a great way to build enthusiasm for continued training.
