Event Description

2019 LEARN TO ROW CAMP

This camp requires no previous experience in rowing. Practices will take place at the Wayne G. Basler Boathouse located right on campus. This is a great chance to learn the basics and build upon them each day of camp!

DATES
Thursday, June 20 - Saturday, June 22

LOCATION
The Tennessee Boathouse is located on campus at 900 Neyland Drive, Knoxville, TN 37996.

AGES / ABILITY
Female Rowers entering the 9th grade or above in Fall 2019. No rowing experience required.

TIMES
Thursday: Check-In 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 5:30pm, Check-Out

COST
Day Camper: $375

SCHEDULE
The typical daily schedule will consist of several rowing opportunities, video analysis and informational sessions.

ITEMS TO PACK
Workout shirts, Lycra shorts, tennis shoes, hat, water bottle, sunscreen, plenty of socks, sunglasses, bathing suit, and change of clothes. Spending money for gear from the Bookstore if desired.

All of Tennessee Sports Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
