Vinyasa Yoga: Grades 9th through adults
End your day on a relaxing and positive note, and join me three times a week for a slow moving Vinyasa yoga practice. We will focus on matching breathing techniques and movement, as well as exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Open to all levels of practice, from beginner to advanced, yoga is beneficial for anyone and everyone. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Open to teen as well as adults. Jill Chickedantz is a Certified Yoga Instructor with a background in slow flow Vinyasa yoga.
