2018 Mind-Body Pilates
Mind-Body Pilates: Adults
This Pilates course will be structured around strengthening your core muscles to create long lean muscles. Pilates can improve physical performance in a sport, relieve aches and pains, better your posture, and empower your mind and body to become stronger. The course will also include mindfulness exercises to calm the body to prepare for an amazing workout! No experience is required to be successful, just come as you are! Amy Ertel is BASI certified and trained in mat Pilates. Participants will need a mat and 1 or 2 pound set of weights.
