RIZEN Moves: All Ages
RIZEN Moves is a recreational, movement-based, fitness program for special populations of children, youth, teens, and adults. Each program(quarterly) will consist of 6 classes including 2 social dance classes, 2 interactive movement classes, and 2 cardio/aerobic classes

[PLEASE NOTE: Caregivers will not be provided by the program. Each participant is required to attend with a Caregiver, Buddy, or Parent/Guardian. The Caregiver needs to register, but will not be required to pay for the program.]
