ZMS Rock Band & Jazz Ensemble: 6th-8th Grades
Join Mr. Weirich and Mr. Murray for an awesome year of Rock Band & Jazz Ensemble! Everyone gets in, no instruments are turned away, and we have a TON of AMAZING performances lined up for you this year! This year's Rock Band will be playing at the January Jazz Jambalaya, the traditional ZMS/ZWMS Battle for the Nest basketball game, a ZCHS basketball game against Hamilton South Eastern, and a Butler basketball game alongside the Butler University Basketball Band! The Jazz Ensemble will be performing at the January Jazz Jambalaya, ISSMA’s Jazz Contest, Ball State’s Jazz Festival, and at the Music in the Parks Festival at Kings Island! Each band has its own shirt, its own schedule, and its own performances, and it should be another great year for ZMS Rock Band & Jazz Ensemble!

After your son or daughter has been registered and auditions, they will be placed in either Rock Band or Jazz Ensemble. Rock Band will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays each week from 3:50-4:30pm, and Jazz Ensemble will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:50-8:35am.
