Winter/Spring Math Pentathlon Enrichment: Grades 2nd-3rd
It’s tournament time! Do you love playing board games and thinking mathematically? This is the spot for you! Math Pentathlon is a program of interactive problem-solving games. We will focus on 5 unique games that strengthen basic math concepts and utilize problem solving strategies. All games align with National and State Mathematics Standards and stimulate creative thinking while developing spatial, computational, and logical reasoning. Come and join us as we prepare for the National Math Pentathlon Tournament.
*K-1 tournament date: April 27 (8:00a-1:00p) Tournament participation is optional; however past participants have enjoyed the experience of competing against other children and have gained valuable life skills.
