Middle School Performance Academy Powered By St. Vincent Sports Performance: Grades 6th - 8th
Regardless of sport or level of experience, our number one priority is improving the health and performance of St. Vincent Sports Performance Athletes. Our Middle School performance academy is designed to teach proper movement, build an athletic base, and set our athletes up for success in sport.  Based on each individual needs and priorities, we choose movements that reflect our focus on both decreasing the likelihood of injury and increasing performance.  With a focus on consistency and quality, our Performance coaches will help each athlete reach their athletic goals
