Beginning Yoga: Adults
This class is great for beginners and anyone wishing to work on alignment of the poses. We practice linking breath with movement and quieting the chatter of our mind. Wear clothes you can move in and please bring a yoga mat. No prior yoga experience is required. Limited to 25 participants.
