Cross Country Camp
CROSS COUNTRY CAMP
XC Camp is intended for new and experienced grammar school runners. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of distance running including warm-up drills, stretching exercises, how to pace themselves on a training run or a race, hydration, and more. Campers will also get the opportunity to meet and learn from experienced DePaul Prep Ram runners. In addition to running, a variety of team building activities will be done on each day of the camp.
Campers may sign up for individual days a la carte!
Location: Camp will begin each morning in the rear of the DePaul Prep Gym and travel
What To Bring: Running shoes, a water bottle, athletic clothing appropriate for the weather, and a snack to eat post-run is encouraged
