INCOMING FRESHMEN XC RUNNING CAMP

Gearing up for the 2019 Season by getting fit this summer so we can be fast this fall. Any incoming freshman interested is welcome to join our team to train with us! No experience needed!

There's no fee for this opportunity, we just ask you to please register.

Remember -- what you put into training over the summer is what will pay off this fall. Go Rams!

Mondays - Fridays Starting June 24th

Who: 2023 Freshmen
Mondays & Wednesdays: 12:15 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00 a.m.
Fridays: Captain-Led Practices
Cost: FREE

Location: Meet behind the DePaul Prep Gym, will travel

What To Bring: Water bottle, comfortable running clothes, appropriate running shoes
