Dates: July 6th - August 7th
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
Grades: 9 - 12 (Girls)
Time: 7:00am - 9:00am
Location: OHS Track/Football Stadium
Cost: $75 (T-shirt included)

Panther Girls Cross Country Distance Running Camp

Camp is designed to prepare athletes for the fall junior high and high school cross country season. Campers will train for increased endurance through distance runs, hill training, interval training, tempo runs and speed. Campers will also learn drills, proper warm-up and injury prevention excercises.

High School Camp Registrants:
All high school camp registrants (9-12 grade) MUST be attending the High School they are registering for in the fall of 2020 per IHSA Rules. (i.e. OE students can NOT register at OHS and Benet students can NOT register at OHS or OEHS)
