The camp will consist of educational and motivational talks, meals, nightly activities (resident campers) and one to two workout sessions per day.

What To Bring: Pillow, sheets, towel, bathing suit, fan (no A/C in dorms), alarm clock, toiletries, running clothes, spending money, water bottle, running shoes, event shoes (if you
have them).
Commuter Campers: You are welcome to join us for pizza dinner on Sunday evening. For the remaining days (M-W), please plan for check-in time between 8:30-45am in front of South Quad.
Daily check-out time (M-W) is 5:00 pm, also in front of South Quad.
Housing (South Quad Dormitory): The University of Michigan residence hall, South Quadrangle, will be the home of the resident campers. During evenings in South Quad, campers will be supervised by University Conference Services (UCS) staff. Camp coaching staff does not remain in the residence hall overnight. UCS housing staff typically schedules various activities for campers in the evening hours and will supervise on-site. The summer camp housing team assigns campers to double rooms. Single rooms are not available to campers. If campers would like to room together, the best way to facilitate that request is for campers to arrive at registration together or to contact the camp director prior to check-in.
Meals (South Quad Dormitory): Meals included in the resident camp price are dinner on first night (pizza), breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday, with breakfast and lunch being provided on Wednesday. Meals will be served in the newly renovated South Quad Dining Hall, which has a wide variety of meal options for everyone. The weekly menus are typically posted 1-2 weeks ahead of camp and can be found here. If you have specific food allergies, please click here for more information of the residence hall dining services or to chat online with our registered dietitian. Additionally, we require the information to be provided on the medical release form, completed by a parent/guardian.
Medical Care: A certified athletic trainer or first responder will be at all workout session for minor injury treatment and throughout the night in the residence hall.
Rules and Regulations: All campers must abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Michigan Summer Sports Camps. Campers are required to attend all session and activities. Any serious violations will result in immediate dismissal from camp without a refund.
