Learn from the Michigan Dance Team!

Students will learn fundamental skills that will be incorporated into challenging combina-tions and dances! “Game Day” Preparation, Team Building and Public Relation skills will be incorporated into this camp! In this commuter camp, students will learn the foundations of technique for turns, leaps, tricks and pom, jazz, and hip hop skills! Students will also focus on strength and conditioning exercises to in-crease flexibility and power in all of their per-formances!

• All players have the option of uploading a physical.  If uploading a form, the physical must have been completed within the past year. Players can upload their Physical Form during registration.
