2019 WOMEN'S WINTER PROSPECT CAMP

The St. Ambrose Women’s Winter Prospect Lacrosse Camp offers high school players the opportunity to learn and improve on all aspects of their game. The camp will focus on both individual skills as well as team concepts with full field game situations. The athletes will focus on improving stick skills, shooting technique, dodging, draw control, transition, defensive positioning footwork, and team offensive and defensive concepts.

FACILITIES: Camp will be conducted at St. Ambrose University, Davenport, IA.

WHAT TO BRING: stick, goggles, cleats, athletic wear, blankets, pillows, towel, toiletry items.

NOTE: REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE FRIDAY FEBRUARY 8TH, 2019

CHECK-IN: Registration and check-in will be on February 17th, at 10:00am in the Rogalski Center Ballroom.

OVERNIGHT CAMPERS: Overnight visits are open to all 2019 HS graduate campers.

  • Overnight stay on Sunday Feb 17 – Monday Feb 18
    • Overnight campers will stay in dorms with current lacrosse players
    • Overnight campers will be provided dinner & breakfast

ACCOMODATIONS: St. Ambrose University dorms are outfitted with 2 beds and full bathroom. All overnight campers are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, and towels along with toiletry items.

MEALS: All provided meals will be held at the Cosgrove Dining Hall. Attentional meals can be purchased from the Cosgrove Café.

QUAD CITIES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT– RECOMMENDED: 16 miles from campus

RADISSON QUAD CITIES PLAZA– RECOMMENDED: 5 miles from campus

CAMP AIRPORT/HOTEL SHUTTLE: Campers will be shuttled from airport/hotel by SAU coaching staff.

MEDICAL INSURANCE: The camper must carry a medical insurance policy to cover medical expenses for injuries/accidents, which occur in the course of the camp’s activities.  A medical waiver will be provided for the camper’s parent/guardian to fill out prior to the camps events.  ALL PARTICIPATNS MUST HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE TO PARTICIPATE.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: If cancellation is made via email on or before FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH, 2019 a $25 cancellation fee will apply.  You will be refunded the rest of the amount.  Any cancellations made after FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8TH, 2019 will result in NO refund.
