Our Winter skills clinic is directed towards the experienced player wanting to elevate their skill set. We will offer instruction much like a college practice, in a high intentisity, fast paced environment. The primary goal of this clinic is skill instruction and learning! Rather than put players into games with minimal coaching, we will breakdown and teach advanced skills and concepts of each position, and challenge players to get outside their comfort zone. All coaching will be lead by the current Michigan Staff. The goalie clinic will be directed by current Penn Assistant Coach, Ginny Cappichioni. Goalies will receive individualzed instruction and also be placed into live drills throughout the day.

Location: Camp will take place at the Indoor Training Center (ITC) 1150 S. State Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48109

Schedule:

• 12:30 p.m. → Registration
• 1:00 - 3:15 p.m. → Afternoon Session 1
• 3:15 - 3:45 p.m. → Break (Campers will receive a snack during the break. There will also be items to purchase.)
• 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. → Afternoon Session 2

What To Bring:

• Physical Form (If not uploaded online)
• All lacrosse equipment (goggles, mouthguard, stick, etc.)
• Cleats / Turfs / Sneakers
• Water bottle
• Spending cash for camp store (if needed)
• Snacks for break

Required Forms: You will be required to have uploaded a physical form to your online account in order to check-in on the day of the camp. You may have a physician sign the attached physical form or use a copy of a sports physical signed by a physician. The physical must have been completed within 13 months of the start of the camp. Athletes cannot participate until a completed form is uploaded to their account.

Refund Policy:

Full refund (minus processing fee) given up till December 31st, 2018. After this date, there will be strictly no refunds given, under any circumstances.
