Our Youth Day Camp is perfect for young lacrosse beginners looking to develop their skills. At this camp, our top priority is to teach in a fun and positive environment and to ensure players of all levels develop skills and their love for the game. Instruction will be lead by the Michigan coaching staff and current players and will consist of fundamental skills, smaller concepts, fun activities and games! Players will receive  access to the South Campus Performance center, the women's lacrosse locker room and other facilities during breaks in camp!

• Physical Form (If not uploaded online)

• Lacrosse stick

Additional Information: We will have a scheduled break at 11:15am each day, and will be constantly aware of when these young campers need extra breaks.

Required Forms:

• You will be required to have uploaded a physical form to your online account in order to check-in on the day of the camp. You may have a physician sign the attached physical form or use a copy of a sports physical signed by a physician. The physical must have been completed within 13 months of the start of the camp. Athletes cannot participate until a completed form is uploaded to their account.
